Q: What should I do if I receive flowers with problems?
A: If you receive damaged flowers, you can contact to our customer service immediately and we will refund or reissue them. The premise is that you should check the goods immediately after receiving them. If there is no complaint for more than 3 days, we will assume that there is no problem with the flowers. No complaints will be accepted after that. The warehouse will check and pack the goods firmly before shipping. If the damage is caused during transportation, our store will not compensate for it. Q: 如果收到花材了对颜色不满意怎么办？
A: 本店的所有永生花，永生花材，干花等大多数都是实拍并且没有任何颜色过滤或照片修改。但是由于灯光或者照相机拍出来的颜色可能会和实物有一点差异，如果对颜色要求特别高的宝贝们可以在下单后先要求客服拍照先，如不满意建议取消订单哦。
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the color after receiving the flowers?

Q: How many days I will receive the Parcel?
A: Generally, the order will be placed today and shipped tomorrow. When you will receive the parcel ? It actually depends on the speed of shipping channel. Just FYI.
