What is Preserved Flowers?
Preserved flowers are fresh cut flowers which undergoes a unique preservation process that leave the flowers looking natural by maintaining their original suppleness, shape, brightness and will last for several months or even years.

Q：如果收到有问题的花材怎么办呢？
A：如果收到有损坏的花材，可以马上告诉我们客服，我们会退款或补发。前提是收到货后请马上验货，超过3天没有投诉，我们将认为是花材没有问题。之后有问题一概不受理。仓库都会检查和包装稳固了才出货，如因为运输途中造成的损坏，本店是不进行赔偿的，希望得到您的谅解。
All roses would be check one by one before sending out. These roses are fragile item , would easy to tear off the flower petal from bud during transportation. If the petal tear off caused by rude shipping process, our store will not make any refund for this case, hope and thanks for understanding. We highly suggest our value customer to take a video before open the box and check all items immediately once dear receive the parcel, if having issue of product please message to us within 3 days once you receive the parcel. We will not do any refund after 3 days. Thanks for your understanding.
Q: 如果收到花材了对颜色不满意怎么办？
A: 本店的所有永生花，永生花材，干花等大多数都是实拍并且没有任何颜色过滤或照片修改。但是由于灯光或者照相机拍出来的颜色可能会和实物有一点差异，如果对颜色要求特别高的宝贝们可以在下单后先要求客服拍照先，如不满意建议取消订单哦。
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the color after receiving the flowers?
A: Most of the preserved flowers, preserved flower materials, dried flowers, etc. in our store are real photos without any color filtering edit. However, due to the lighting or camera, the color taken may be slightly different from the actual product. If you have high requirements for color, you can ask our customer service to take a photo after placing the order. If you are not satisfied, we suggest you cancel the order.
Q：请问邮寄后多少天能收到货？
A：为了保证货物质量良好，本店需要一定的时间对货物进行检查和确保包装牢固，一般上都是今天下单明天发货，至于几时会收到货这要看运输的速度。这里仅供参考，一般如果说是中Jn T ,西马通常不出任何情况会在 1-3天内收到。如果是紧急的订单，宝宝们可以联系客服让客服知晓，情况允许下，会帮宝宝们尽可能快速出货。谢谢宝宝们的谅解！
Q: How many days I will receive the Parcel?
In order to ensure that the quality of the goods is in good condition, our store needs some time to inspect and make sure the packaging is secure, so it is usually shipped on next day after the customer places the order. Just FYI. Generally, if it is JnT, West Malaysia will usually receive it within 1-3 days if there is no any issue happen. If it is an urgent order, you can contact customer service and let them know.
