By accessing our website, purchasing our products, and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
1. ORDER POLICY
Customers must provide accurate and complete recipient details, including address and contact number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and email confirmation from us.
Order cancellations are subject to a 50% processing fee of the value of item. But if order in process, en route, or delivered cannot be canceled or changed.
2. DELIVERY POLICY
Our standard delivery hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please contact our customer service to confirm.
We do not offer specific time slot deliveries to ensure fairness and efficiency.
The recipient’s contact number is required for delivery. If the recipient is unreachable, the sender will be responsible for any additional delivery attempts.
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or traffic congestion.
If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery may be left at the security desk or an alternate location at the discretion of our dispatcher.
We currently deliver within Malaysia. Orders outside these areas cannot be fulfilled.
3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered for products that arrive in poor condition. Customers must notify us within 3 days of receipt and must with videographic evidence.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, redelivery fees or extra charges may apply.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Processing fees may apply in certain refund situations.
4. PAYMENT POLICY
Prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia.
Orders are only processed upon successful payment confirmation.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect orders or change of mind once payment has been completed.
5. PRODUCT POLICY
All floral arrangements are handcrafted and may vary in color, bloom size, and arrangement style.
Substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability, but we will ensure replacements are of equal or greater value.
Flowers are perishable and require proper care. We are not responsible for flowers wilting due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
6. PROMOTIONAL CODE POLICY
Promotional codes must be applied before checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
Only one promotional code can be use per transaction.
